Nick will provide an overview of the importance of Estate Planning and the practical steps in setting up and finalising an Estate Plan. Stefan Strydom will examine the use and proficiency of Testaments (Wills) and the latest developments in Trust legislation. He will also highlight pertinent aspects relevant to Estate Planning.

Nick started his career at Old Mutual and joined Ultima in 2009. With a passion to help people to achieve their financial and lifestyle objectives, Nick specialises also in Estate Planning as part of his financial planning proficiency and has completed his advanced diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State.
Stefan is a PricewaterhouseCoopers alumni, where he eventually headed the Taxation, Estates and Trusts Fiduciary divisions. He is a highly qualified industry specialist having completed his CA (SA) and LLD (Doctorate on the Law of Trusts). Stefan has well over 10 years’ industry experience and co-authored a book titled: “Trustlaw and Practice”. Stefan is tans ‘n direkteur van Consilium Financial Planning Services.
